Exchange, Return and Cancellations
Eligibility
• If you find any problems with the order or are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange the garment up to 7 days from the date of purchase
• Products bought under any sale offer are not eligible for an exchange or return
Process
To return or exchange your orders, please make sure you initiate the request within 7 days of delivery
• Please drop us an email on contactus@thezaiproject.com with your Order ID and phone number. You will be able to find your order ID on the email notifications you would have received from Zai.
• You can also message us on +918104405055 if you need any assistance or if you find that more convenient
• We will only accept garments that are returned in their original packaging, are unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags still attached. Otherwise, we may not accept the returns and send it back to the customer.
• We provide only one pickup attempt. If the pickup fails, you'll need to send the package back yourself
• A cost of INR 150 is to be borne by the customer for an exchange/return. Needless to say, this cost will not be applicable if a defective/incorrect order is delivered from our end
Timeline for exchange/refund
• Once the product reaches our warehouse, quality checks will happen - original packaging, are unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags still attached
• Exchange: Your exchange order will be dispatched within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location
• Return: For all accepted returns, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days
Cancellations
• Cancellations are only possible before the tracking details are generated with our delivery partner (this typically happens before the order is shipped)
• If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at contactus@thezaiproject.com
• In case of cancellations within 24 hours, you will receive your money back within 7 business days
