Exchange, Return and Cancellations

Exchange
  • We offer exchanges in case of size issues or in case you have receive an incorrect/defected product.
  • If you have any inquiries about size, fabric or fit, you can Whatsapp us on +91 8104405055 or email our customer care at contactus@thezaiproject.com
  • Exchanges can be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product by sending us an email on contactus@thezaiproject.com. Please mention the exchange size that you need in the email.
  • Once the email is received, we will raise an exchange request and your garment will be picked up. If we are unable to pick up the garment within 7 days of the request due to your non-availability, we will cancel the exchange request
  • A cost of INR 300 is to be borne by the customer for an exchange. Needless to say, this cost will not be applicable if a defective/incorrect order is delivered from our end
  • Please ensure the tags of the garment are intact while handing them over to the pick up executive. 
  • Thezaiproject holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is damaged or used by the customer
  • We will not be able to exchange orders delivered outside India
  • We will not be able to exchange orders bought during a SALE

 

Return

  • We ONLY accept returns if a defective or incorrect garment is delivered to you. In all other cases, you can only exchange the garment
  • We do not accept returns to support our small batch production and to honour the effort put in by our weaver and craft community
  • Each piece is carefully crafted, made with love, focusing on quality over quantity
  • All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in this case you receive a damaged/incorrect product do write to us within 2 days on contactus@thezaiproject.com
  • In case of defective or incorrect garment, once the garment reaches us, you will receive your money back within 7 working days

 

Cancellation

  • We are a made to order brand and hence we do not accept cancellations. However, if you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at contactus@thezaiproject.com. 
  • In case of cancellations within 24 hours, you will receive your money back within 7 working days.
